About Tiger Neo 3.0
Tiger Neo 3.0 isn’t just another N-type module. It’s the result of structured technological refinement at every layer — from wafer to module — building on proven TOPCon strengths while unlocking performance gains through advanced materials, process control, and smart cell interconnection.
Tiger Neo 3.0: Intelligent Design. Verified Advantages.
TOPCon Cells
Tiger Neo 3.0 integrates next-generation TOPCon cells with a 27% cell efficiency, enabling up to 670W power output and achieving a module efficiency of 24.8%.
Efficient Bifacial Power Generation
With a bifacial factor of up to 85 ±5%, Tiger Neo 3.0 outperforms standard BC modules, which typically achieve 70% or less.
Using the nominal value of 85% (vs. 70%), this higher bifacial factor boosts total energy output by approximately 2% under standard rear-side irradiance assumptions.
*Total Power: Front Power x (1+ Bifacial Factor × BNPI); where BNPI= 135 W/m².
Optimized Power Temperature Coefficient
Through advanced passivation and MAX technology integration, Tiger Neo 3.0 achieves a power temperature coefficient of –0.26%/°C, providing improved energy output in high-temperature environments.
UV Resistance Performance
In UV test aligned with IEC 61212-2:2021 procedures —and extended-dose conditions of 60 kWh/m² for deeper stress evaluation—TOPCon modules showed degradation around 3%. These results are well into IEC-allowed 5% degradation margin, and offer confidence in long-term reliability under UV exposure.
Universal Application Scenarios
Featuring “three highs and three lows”—high power, high efficiency, high bifaciality, and low power temperature coefficient, low-light loss, and degradation—Tiger Neo 3.0 is built for global deployment.
Excellent Low Light Performance
Under low-irradiance conditions—such as cloudy weather or dawn/dusk—TOPCon modules deliver consistently outstanding performance*, maintaining high efficiency compared to conventional alternatives.
*Tested according to IEC 61215-2:2021 standard; measured at 200 W/m².

Tiger Neo 3.0 – Innovation with Purpose
Bifaciality Winner Pushing the Limits of Bifacial Performance
Tiger Neo 3.0 achieves a bifaciality factor of 85±5%, exceeding the industry standard of ~80% for TOPCon and significantly outperforming the ~70% typical of BC modules.
Under identical conditions, this enhanced bifaciality results in up to 2% higher total output compared to BC counterparts.*
*Total Power: Front Power x (1+ Bifacial Factor × BNPI); Where BNPI= 135 W/m²
Breakthrough LCOE Performance
Lowers Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE) by 1.9%, compared to BC technology.
Enhances system compatibility, allowing a reduction of 2.39% in the BOS.
*Based on 100MW Project, Ground Track 1P; Location: Saudi Arabia
Superior low-light performance
Under low-irradiance conditions—such as cloudy weather, or early morning and late afternoon—TOPCon modules demonstrate superior performance, achieving ≈3% higher relative efficiency* compared to BC alternatives. *Tested according to IEC 61215-2:2021 standard; measured at 200W/m²
Optimized Thermal Performance
Powered by MAX technology and next-gen passivation, the Tiger Neo 3.0 delivers an industry-leading power temperature coefficient of –0.26%/°C.
This exceptional thermal performance translates into improved energy yield— especially in hot climates—ideal for challenging, high temperature installations.
Real-World Performer Proven Power Generation Gains
The Tiger Neo series has demonstrated up to a 7.10% increase in energy yield per watt, compared to BC technology.
* Verified by data from TUV Nord’s test site in Kagoshima, Japan, based on data collected from October 2024 to March 2025.
Additional validation from over 30 global test stations, representing diverse climates and terrains.
- 18 Stations Planned
- 12 Stations Completed
* Testing includes both third-party and customer-managed field sites comparing Jinko TOPCon modules against BC (Back Contact) technologies.
