JinkoSolar’s comprehensive quality control and inspection procedure is a 52-step process that includes continuous line monitoring, recording and a 100% electroluminescence (EL) inspection among other measures. 

This rigorous quality control system is implemented throughout the entire production process, including raw material, ingots and wafers production. This outstanding process allows us to maintain consistent quality and performance of our products which are the state of the art of the solar industry.
